In-Person Chair Yoga Class
Twice monthly Class Yoga Series for Balance & Strength
Mondays from 10 AM to 11 AM. This class is designed specifically for those with no prior yoga experience, as well as individuals with physical limitations, injuries, or recovering from surgery.
Our focus will be on balance, strength, and stability, helping you build confidence in movement and improve your overall comfort with walking. Gentle, accessible movements will support your body in finding steadiness and ease.
Come as you are—no experience needed! I’d love to support you on this journey to greater mobility and strength.
