Join us in the Redwood Regional Park forest for a unique combination of a yoga class and a hike. We will meet at the Redwood Regional park and do some gentle warm ups. We hike under the majestic trees mindfully. We will stop in beautiful places to continue to do mindful slow yoga poses to help us enjoy nature. We will stop and do a mediation during the hike. The yoga is based on the Radiant Body Yoga style from Kia Miller which combines aspects of Hatha. Bring your own water bottle, hiking shoes, and hat to protect from sun. Bring layers as the weather might start cool and warm up. Bring a yoga mat that you can hike 30 minutes with and you are ok with getting forest dust on.
